Bio

Nathan’s power soccer journey started when he was playing in a recreation t-ball tournament when he and his family were asked them if they have ever heard of power soccer. From the first time he put on a guard and touched a ball, Nathan fell in love and finally got to bring out his competitive nature. He was diagnosed with Spinal Muscular Atrophy Type 2 at eight months of age. Team USA has been a goal from day one. In 2017, Nathan fulfilled part of his dream with having the opportunity to not only wear the red, white, and blue for Team USA at a World Cup, but start every game as the goaltender for the US National Team. With his perfectionist mentality, Nathan spends many hours in the gym fine-tuning every part of his game to help the team towards reclaiming the World Cup title and accomplishing his ultimate dream. When Nathan is not in the gym, he is spending time with family as family is very important to Nathan. He has a Bachelor of Science in Product Design at the University of Minnesota.  He is a freelance graphic designer looking to start his own company.
